Course Enrollment and Lifetime Access
As a student, Studyopedia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course via the Studyopedia platform and Services, regardless of whether the course is free or paid for. Studyopedia is the licensor of record. The courses are licensed to you, not purchased. You are not permitted to resell the course in any way by using this license, including by disclosing account details to a buyer or downloading it illegally and disseminating it over pirate websites.
We reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any time, even though many of them grant students lifetime access licenses upon enrollment. This is the case in the event that we decide—or are required—to disable access to a course for legal or policy reasons. Add-on features and services linked to a course are not covered by the lifetime access. Lifetime access does not apply to any other platform or services; rather, it refers to the duration of the courses.
Instructors are not permitted to directly provide students rights to their courses; any such license would be deemed invalid and a breach of these terms.
